Simpay is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Technical Support team. Technical support is responsible for providing email and phone support to our customers and agents remotely on a variety of payment terminals, gateways, and POS software/hardware. The successful candidate for this position has an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with technical support experience and can provide exceptional customer service to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and completely.
Preferred but not required:
This position reports to our location in Feasterville-Trevose, Pa. This is a full-time position requiring at least 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hour shift) of work. There are two shifts available: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm and 2:00 pm- 10:00 pm.
