QuadPay is an alternative payment provider that allows brands to give their customers the opportunity to split their purchases into 4 interest-free, automatic installments. The customer gets the product straight away and we pay the merchant upfront.
QuadPay is like lay-away for the online generation. We're one of the fastest-growing payments startups in New York City and are looking for a Customer Support Representative with at least 2 years of experience and a passion for tech and e-commerce.
In this role, youll assist our QuadPay end-customers as they utilze QuadPay at some of the best brands in fashion and e-commerce. Candidates that love to learn and have great attention to detail are highly encouraged to apply!
Things you'll do
- Manage and respond to large amounts of incoming calls and email requests from customers who need help with using QuadPay
- Build relationships and trust with QuadPay's customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to our customers
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely and appropriate solutions
- Work with our customer support engineering team to ensure issues are escalated and dealt with in a timely manner
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Familiartiy with Intercom preferred
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
