The Customer Support Team regularly interacts with our users and troubleshoots any issues our customers might face via phone, email, and live chat. Our goal with Customer Support at OMG is to ensure we are responding efficiently to inquiries and assisting customers in understanding and navigating our software while maintaining top-tier customer support.
This role will require an in-office presence of at least 2 days a week.
