Position Specific Description
As an essential part of our company you will be providing customer service through our call center to our more than 4.8 million customers.
Ongoing professional development, including job shadowing. Fun and supportive environment.
All new hires will train at FPL's Lejeune Flagler Office located at 4200 W Flagler St. Miami, FL 33134.
The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of Customer Service experience, written and oral communication skills, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
The mandatory training is 8 weeks long.
Upon completion of the mandatory training, work schedules will change to full time shift schedules.
Training scheduled to begin on April 14th, 2020.
