Position Summary:

Provides support for customers in relation to repair service including: general inquiries, service requests, work orders and service complaints while adhering to SOX and ISO requirements to drive a best-in-class customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Authenticates services and repairs by validating receipt and condition of customer product; verifying warranty and service contract coverage and maintaining customer records.

  • Responsible for coverage on Repair phone line and shared email box to cover customer requests

  • Point person for initial customer consultation upon call in or call backs on existing repairs

  • Generates service quotes for service contracts, rental agreements and service work

  • Coordinates service visit for in field repairs; includes creating the statement of work, generate a quotation, and billing

  • Creates orders for service repair and spare parts for International and Domestic

  • Maintain accurate CRM case status to ensure on time delivery and timely payment

  • Support cycle count and audit activity for inventory control

  • Active participation in daily huddles and weekly/monthly

  • Recommends process improvements through collaboration with peers, inter-company departments, and leadership to meet/exceed goals

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of one year of customer service or equivalent job related experience

  • Industry experience in industrial or equivalent service related field

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic level of computer navigation

  • Ability to work through day to day tasks independently or with moderate supervision

  • Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Preferred 3 years of customer service or equivalent job related experience

  • Experience working with SAP or equivalent operating system

  • Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

  • Experience with Google applications

VIEW JOBS 2/4/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-04T00:00 Responsible for preparing the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process. 1 Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process. 2 Monitors the donor and the pheresis process, responds to specific alarms or signals that may occur during the process. 3 Disconnects the donor when the process is complete. 4 Maintains alertness and awareness to any reaction donor may have during or after the pheresis process and notifies appropriate staff. 5 Uses Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process, such as machine alerts and alarms, volume variances and donor adverse events. 6 Uses PDA to link equipment and soft goods used in the pheresis process to the appropriate donor. 7 Alerts Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues. 8 Ensures the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 9 Understands the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable. 10 Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions. 11 Maintains confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information. 12 May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business. 13 Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business. 14 Perform job-related duties as assigned.
