The hours for this role may vary between first and second shift and will include rotating weekends and holidays.
Respond to customer calls to provide technical support for medical lab analyzer(s).
Experience troubleshooting issues to distinguish between hardware, software and/or reagent failures in order to dispatch the appropriate resources.
Experience collecting and analyzing data to enhance customer satisfaction and classify customer complaint information according to pre-determined FDA requirements before forwarding it for resolution.
Ability to apply and exercise good judgment, within pre-defined procedures and practices, to determine appropriate actions.
Ability to develop and track technical training projects, timely completion and adherence to policies and procedures relating to department and company training requirements.
Strong communication skills are key, as you will work closely with other team members, across the United States to ensure world-class responses to customer demands.
Associates Degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
No less than 3 years' previous customer service experience
Ability to work Rotation Days and on call 24/7 including Holidays and weekends
Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Lab Science, etc.)
Previous troubleshooting experience on electromechanical instrumentation.
Previous experience in a medical technology call center or experience in a medical laboratory
Experience with an ERP system preferably Service Max
