Workfront, the leading provider of enterprise work management software, has an opening for a Tier 1 Support Manager. The primary objective of the role is to manage the day to day operations of the front line Tier 1 Support Team. The manager should help the team grow in soft skills and technical skills, being a great coach and mentor to their team members.
Work with recruiting to interview, hire and onboard new team members
Meet regularly with each team member individually
Develop regular goals/targets and work with the team to achieve them
Assist with customer escalations
Develop and implement standard processes and practices

This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with the ability to complete assigned tasks and to identify and deliver other value-add activities.
High school education
College degree is preferred
Workfront product certification
Experience supporting the Workfront product
3-5 years of Customer Support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full-time availability; including nights and weekends if needed
