We have a new position in our Tampa office to support our customers in our high-growth business.

About the role
The Customer Support Manager will provide best in class service and support through the entire lifecycle of Invencos products from installation to end of life and renewal. In this role, the Customer Support Manager will develop the operational team, processes, and tools, to deliver on the business operational objectives.

Core functions will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide efficient, quality service and support experience for the customer
  • Provide leadership for the customer operations team, instilling a culture focused on quality
  • Lead, Service & Support, Training & Quality
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to build, maintain and sustain key relationships with channel partners and customers
  • Facilitate Sales and Operational planning requirements, resource and material planning
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring following through to completion.
  • Continuous improvement of our customer operations in North America

Skills & Experience
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have strong backgrounds in customer operations and support. Our ideal candidate would have held previous experience working in fast growing businesses, and most importantly have a positive out-look and an attitude that is focused on great customer outcomes.

You would have held similar roles with the following experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a related role within customer operations or customer support.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional operation teams including delivery, service and customer support.
  • Experience in Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP)
  • Must have experience with Salesforce and Jira
  • Ability to handle pressure situations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, and experience with managing large complex customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of electronic payment systems and relevant security standards (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of retail systems (particularly in the petroleum industry) (Desirable)
  • Previous experience in electronic payment systems and relevant security standards (Desirable)
