Wanted: Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Contracts Support Coordinator. General duties will include working with and supporting our Managed Print Services and Service Billing Departments, traveling to customer locations to collect and track monthly and quarterly print data, and assisting with the preparation of supporting materials for customer account reviews.
This is a part-time position, consisting of 20 to 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work additional hours if required. This position could potentially develop into a full-time position for the right person.

What we need from you:
Customer Service Oriented / Professionalism / Team Player
The successful candidate is to have a professional appearance and possess strong customer service skills. Solid Excel skills are required, as well as the ability to run basic account tracking software. An Associate Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
