Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be an integral part of the Bozzuto's team, providing a high level of service to our external and internal customers.
Responsibilities:
Handling all calls received from customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
Issuing credits and debits based on pre-established Company policies.
Entering all orders and other data accurately with attention to detail.
Responsible for timely follow up and documentation to ensure appropriate issue resolution.
Acting as a liaison between our customers and all departments within the company.
Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of customer and staff information.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Experience:
Preferred: Experience in retail, wholesale, hospitality, or call center
Knowledge of technological systems such as but not limited to: Microsoft Office, phone services.
Basic math skills - ability to calculate figures and apply necessary problem-solving skills.
