First 30 days
You are a knowledgeable user of the TXN app and can answer basic customer support inquiries.
You can perform basic data administration tasks.
You manage the TXN app's data rules independently, with only minimal oversight and help from teammates.
First six months
You independently perform customer support and training and you've defined and led implementation of improvements in our tools and process.
