Location: Andover, MA 01810
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description
This role is a Customer Support Administrator (CSA) in Client Financial Services' Asset Management organization supporting Pre-Owned equipment sales order processing in the North America region

Responsibilities
Sales support and order processing. Responsible for processing orders in the order management system and tracking orders status including communications with production control, product management, operations management, etc. Provide order turn-around within 2 business hours. Attend regular status meetings and provide updates on all pending orders throughout the order fulfillment process. Proactively communicate with the production and management team order status and identify important target dates to keep orders on track. Ensure receipt of all required documentation before releasing customer orders including a review of MSA, PO, payment confirmation, etc. Apply overall knowledge of the business to resolve problems and/or escalate immediately. Validate shipping methods on orders to meet customer expectations for on-time delivery. Provide tracking on all orders to the customer. Support month end and quarter end activities. Must be proficient in MS Office and have good computer skills.

Customer Service
Understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts. These include Logistics and transportation, Inventory management (multiple warehouses), order management processes, etc
Maintain a strong relationship with account managers to maintain timely reporting to all customers
Ability to quickly pull together information from different sources to supply specific customer information and reporting to account reps.
Maintain a strong relationship with third party vendors to assure a smooth flow off-site orders
Understand contractual terms of each customer to apply to administrative procedures and all reporting externally and internally
Problem-solving
Understanding of related groups to work seamlessly (logistics, finance, CD, partners)
Strong organizational skills to maintain the flow of admin work into finance to recognize margin
Strong ability to communicate and explain sometimes complicated issues easily
Education:
College Degree or 5 years relevant experience
