If you are a CUSTOMER SUPPORT professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our MT.

PLEASANT, WI location, you will handle all day-to-day order entry, customer support services, and coordination of channel customer shipments through on-line order entry and distribution system. This includes direct customer contact on all issues related to internal customer operations. Participate in channel team environment for customer communication and issue resolution.

AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR II, YOU WILL:

Daily support and processing of B2B electronic transmissions, email, phone requests, and purchase orders, handled with a sense of urgency.

Handle all customer and sales inquiries regarding order status or complaint resolution. This would include pricing issues, shipping errors and other related issues. Process credits as needed.

Daily monitor Key Accounts within Oracle ERP and communicate any anomalies or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

High level of pro-active communication with logistics, sales and other integral departments regarding orders that need to be adjusted, require special attention or has a challenge to the customer order.

Manipulate excel files to process within ERP and other required reporting as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum of two years experience in customer service or sales organization environment with strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Ability to handle pressure situations and problem resolution autonomously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and diplomacy required.

Basic or Intermediate Microsoft Office skills demonstrated ability in Excel and spreadsheet programs.

AS A CUSTOMER ORDER MANAGEMENT ANALYST, YOU WILL: * Process all customer POP trailing credits monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Review information submitted for accuracy, format the information, manually create, and upload files into EBS system, and export and validate information created by upload. * Process all customer Stock Transfers. Format the information provided from a variety of communications into Excel spreadsheet, check for accuracy, verify all accounts are set up, create pivot table with correct information to fill in upload template, upload into EBS, and validate exported orders from upload. * Handle processing of Key account/s as assigned by manager * Be able to handle customer and sales inquiries regarding order status or complaint resolution via email and phone.
