Job Description


This position will be key to the success of the Sam's Club Supply Chain team by providing the analytics and project management support to drive continuous improvement in service (on time and in full metrics), cost, and forecasting metrics. The metrics apply to both KHC and Sam's Club. The position will provide the right candidate with customer supply chain experience supporting KHC's largest Club customer, along with working across KHC's Supply Chain functions (Warehousing, Transportation, Demand Planning, Supply, and Customer Service) and Sales. The position is a customer facing position and will be working directly with key contacts from Sam's Club Supply Chain organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement across the Sam's Club Supply Chain Teams

  • Develop solutions to streamline work utilizing tools such as Tableau, Excel, Retail Link (GRS, Madrid, OMS), and SAP
  • Support best practices through direct connectivity with KHC's Supply Chain Capability team

Project Management

  • Leverage GRS to provide customer with suggested settings to drive improved output

  • Understand KHC Supply Chain and work with cross functional groups to mitigate risk impact to the customer

  • Collaborate with Sales on future customer programs and work with internal partners and Sam's team to execute

Analytics Support

  • Maximize results (Fill Rates, OTIF, In Stocks, Forecast Accuracy, and Cost Improvement) through rituals and routines and cross functional relationships

  • As the lead for customer replenishment, drive effective analytics to communicate to internal and external customers in a timely manner


  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

  • 2-5 years of education and related experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management or supply/operations planning

  • Independent learner

  • Strong communication (oral, written, presentation)

  • Technical savvy for utilizing analytic tools

  • Process Management/Improvement mindset required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point)

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to solve problems
