your mission

WinRed is an online donation platform for Conservative and Republican causes. We are drastically changing the digital donation game and we need talented people to help us do it. On the Customer team your job is to help our customers navigate the platform and reach their fundraising goals while building a relationship with them and ensuring retention.

success in the first six months:

• Become knowledgeable about the product and be able to speak fluently about its functionality externally
• Successfully troubleshoot problems for our customers and their donors through Intercom
• Develop excellent task management skills to ensure timely completion of customer requests
  

key activities to deliver this success:

• Dive into the platform and learn all of it functionality
• Work with team members to handle support tickets via Intercom
• Develop a superb order of task completion that aligns with the departments overarching goals
• Identify potential churn risks through support requests
• Be willing to help out in other departments as needed were a small team, go the extra mile to help one another out, even if it means jumping into unfamiliar territory

WinRed is an online fundraising platform supported by a united front of the Trump campaign, RNC, NRSC and NRCC. Its built on a proven fundraising technology and is designed to combat ActBlue. WinRed was modeled after years of studying ActBlue - but combines better technology and a partnership with Data Trust that will massively improve the partys voter model scores, benefitting all candidates up and down the ballot.
