What You'll Do

We are looking for a client relationship professional to serve as Customer Success Specialist. You and your teammates will interact with the customer to understand and support customer needs to develop and maintain customer relationships for high-profile accounts for Ascent's North American customer base. You thrive on exceeding goals and knowing your success positively impacts those around you. This role combines account management, product management, and relationship building. Working on a team to champion the customer's needs by working cross-functionality with our entire team.

  • Provide support as part of the Customer Success team on high revenue or strategic accounts.

  • Support team members to Identify and resolve root cause and implement tailored solutions.

  • Support Customer Success processes across clients to ensure process consistency.

  • Provide tactical operations support during peak conditions and for special projects.

  • Travel for temporary on-site support for crisis situations.

  • Assist our operations team in their success by documenting and communicating customer requirements.

  • Identify areas for continual improvement and work with team members for implementation.

What You'll Bring

  • Passion for solving customer issues and making them successful.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team to solve complex problems.

  • 1+ years of cross-functional, customer account management or similar adjacent areas of support, logistics operations, supply chain, or sales.

  • Expertise in the transportation and/or logistics industry, as well as international operations including documentation and border crossing requirements.

  • Strategic mindset, with the capability to contribute to making difficult decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with our customers vertically and horizontally.

  • A bachelor's degree or 2 years industry experience.
