Title: Customer Success Representative
Location: North Sioux City, SD
Reports to: Manager of Customer Success
Job Description: Customer Success Representative's interact with customers to ensure that our customer satisfaction levels are consistently world class. It is the responsibility of the Customer Success Representative to communicate with customers pre-and post-delivery of products and or services to inquire accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the order and the overall satisfaction of our customers. The Customer Success Manager will identify any issues or problems with sales orders, and will work closely with Account Managers, Purchasing, and Accounting to rectify those issues or problems in the best interest of the customer and Sterling. The Customer Success Representative will handle all RMA's for their respective sales department. They will manage POP dates, software renewals, utilization, and warranty information.
Required Technical Skills: The Customer Success Representative should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Salesforce or similar CRM.
Required Education/Experience: The Customer Success Representative should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:
Receive customer requests for assistance and issues via email and phone, address issues and coordinate with account managers to appropriately respond
Communicate with distributors, manufacturers, partners to ascertain product shipment information and order status
Accurately and quickly document software and license information
Maintain detailed records of sales activity in Salesforce
Coordinate and communicate with Sterling's order management reps to ensure timely shipment and delivery of product to meet customer delivery schedules
Assist customers in resolving delivery issue/ returns
