The Customer Success Renewal Manager is responsible for the full life cycle management of Kahoot! at Schools, Americas customers. This role is crucial in ensuring high renewal rates, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and maintaining strong, value-driven customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all components of renewal management and development of expansion opportunities within the Kahoot! at Schools, Americas customer segment.
    • Deliver on 90%+ annual subscription renewals, while developing and implementing the account strategies and relationships needed to maximize account expansion, upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and negotiate renewal terms and pricing, while ensuring alignment with company goals
    • Ensure that customers receive timely, friendly and data-based communications regarding upcoming renewals and growth opportunities.
    • Identify and proactively act upon areas for growth opportunity or churn intervention within the customer segment.
    • Utilize HubSpot (CRM) and/or other BI tools to maintain an accurate renewal pipeline to forecast renewal revenue, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and report on the impact of renewal & expansion initiatives.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the products, customer needs and competitive landscape to drive value-based conversations and lead effective demo and renewal meetings.
    • Collaborate with other members of the Customer Success team to support successful renewal and expansion of strategic accounts.
    • Work closely with other key functions such as Sales, Marketing, Support and Product to deliver timely, successful renewals at scale and drive growth across the customer segment.

Requirements

      • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, account management, customer success or similar roles.
      • Ability to analyze and develop actionable plans from large data sets.
      • Strong understanding of the complexities of the SaaS world and how to ensure customers have a successful journey and experience.
      • Experience with and understanding of K12 and/or Higher Education procurement and budgeting process preferred.
      • Proven track record in communicating with decision makers and other key stakeholders
      • Self-driven, and proactive at identifying and executing on opportunities
      • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
      • Ability to thrive and ambition to outperform in a fast-growing environment.
      • Team player with ability to work in a distributed and international environment.
