Customer Success Program Manager

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Success Program Manager within our Customer Experience division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving internal initiatives within the Customer Success and Operations departments, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiency, driving department-wide key initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence. This individual has no direct reports but offers indirect leadership and support to the various teams within Customer Success. This position reports to the SVP of the department and regularly collaborate with the Product, Operations & Marketing teams.

How We Work

As a Customer Success Program Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Management of Operational Newsletter- Lead the development, coordination, and distribution of our operational newsletter, ensuring timely and relevant content that keeps the teams informed and engaged.

  • Managing Customer-Focused Recognition Program- With our "Customer Focused" value, we are developing a program to recognize and celebrate internal team members across all of Operations who exemplify a customer-focused mentality. This individual would coordinate the activities, execution and communication regarding this program.

  • Client Communications- Coordinate with our Product, Operations and Marketing teams to write and coordinate client communications, including process changes and new product deployments to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

  • Internal Communications and Project Tracking- Assist with internal documentation related to Customer Success, including requirements for SOPs, maintaining organization charts and contact details and tracking and updating project initiatives led by team members within Customer Success

  • NPS and LTR Surveys- Take ownership of Net Promoter Score (NPS)/Likely to Recommend survey projects, including planning, execution, and analysis of survey results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement based on feedback.

  • Other Key Projects- Contribute to various projects and initiatives within the Customer Success and Operations departments as needed, including but not limited to process improvements, training programs, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a customer success or operations environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Previous experience in customer success, operations or client-facing roles is preferred
