What You'll Do
Setting people free to do great work is a mission that requires an exceptional product running in the background and a team of exceptional bambooligans ready to offer support to our customers when needed. The role of the Customer Success Operations Specialist is to provide operational support to our customer-facing teams.
You will work on the backend of our support systems (primarily Zendesk), providing internal support to our customer-facing teams. This includes setting up processes, managing new and existing macros, and answering any questions regarding Zendesk. You will also be involved in the development and creation of processes, as well as troubleshooting issues. In short, your success in this role will come through your previous experience in support operations and mastery of Zendesk.
Specifically, you will:
Provide operational support to our customer experience teams
Provide technical assistance to Zendesk requests
Manage macros in Zendesk (i.e. add new macros, change current ones, etc.)
Work with CX Operations team on cross-functional support
Manage numerous competing projects in Wrike
Articulate process flows so others can understand what is happening
Assist with the administration of Gainsight
What You Need to Get the Job Done
Operational experience with Zendesk
3 years of experience in a support role (internal or external)
Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Wrike)
Strong organizational and task management skills
A passion for learning new technology
Positive attitude and resilience
