As a Jira Align Customer Success Manger for Enterprise accounts you will be maintaining the key relationships with our customers and continually enhancing the value our customers realize from their solution. You'll meet regularly with your customers to better understand their Agile scaling needs and how Jira Align can meet their transformation efforts.
You'll serve as the voice of the customer and bring feedback to the Jira Align team around enhancements and overall customer experience. You'll be responsible for monitoring your customers health and creating success plans to further provide value to your customers and adoption of their solution.

5+ years experience in SaaS companies
2+ years Enterprise Customer Success Management
Familiarity with the principles of agile and lean development methodologies
