As a Jira Align Customer Success Manger for Enterprise accounts you will be maintaining the key relationships with our customers and continually enhancing the value our customers realize from their solution. You'll meet regularly with your customers to better understand their Agile scaling needs and how Jira Align can meet their transformation efforts.

You'll serve as the voice of the customer and bring feedback to the Jira Align team around enhancements and overall customer experience. You'll be responsible for monitoring your customers health and creating success plans to further provide value to your customers and adoption of their solution.

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS companies

  • 2+ years Enterprise Customer Success Management

  • Familiarity with the principles of agile and lean development methodologies

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: * Develops deep insight into respective customers and their business by fostering and maintaining executive level relationships * Develops a trusted advisor relationship with our customers, measured by revenue, retention and reference-ability * Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned base of customers including case management escalations, consulting requests, high level solutioning for customer needs, oversee projects and overall retention * Prepares and leads business reviews, closely aligning our activities with our customer's business strategy. Proposes creative viable solutions to the customer sponsors such that critical success issues are addressed on a proactive basis * Articulates and formally presents Ultimate's product roadmap to our clients, demonstrating how it aligns with their strategic business objectives * Serves as an advocate for Ultimate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of Ultimate's product and platform functionality integral to the client's success * Help ensure that appropriate resources are aligned for optimizing customer satisfaction * Collaborate with a team of support specialists and cross departmental business partners to deliver support services to your assigned customer base * Demonstrate excellent customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a proactive approach for customer satisfaction * Communicate with all roles for assigned base of customers * Serves as an advocate for the client in ensuring that Ultimate is responding proactivity to the needs of the clients in your portfolio * Advises customers on industry trends and important market developments to help Ultimate outpace competitive threats * Monitors overall account health, proactively identifying growth opportunities and functions as a customer advocate * Successfully identifies barriers to renewal and, at times, negotiates renewal contracts and pricing * Drives business growth by developing relationships with decision makers through the use of strong consultative selling skills * Consistently delivers required business results; sets and achieves achievable, yet aggressive goals; consistently complies with quality service, productivity standards and meets deadlines; maintains focus on company's goals. Required Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Familiar with a variety of survey concepts, practices/procedures * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills * Strong attention to detail * Sound decision making skills * Highly organized * Ability to multi-task effectively without sacrificing quality * Team player with a positive "can-do" attitude * Demonstrates initiative and drive * Self-accountable * Relational, able to connect with people with varying preferences to accomplish a common goal Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training: * 3+ years business and customer service/customer success experience * Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish team goals * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years related industry experience * I/O Psychology background and/or experience in employee feedback and sentiment analysis * Familiarity in the Payroll/HR industry a plus Physical Requirements: * This position involves sitting/standing and typing on a keyboard.
