We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The role will be responsible for developing Customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. This leader will bridge the Customer and RxSS to ensure satisfaction and engagement. Successful canddiates will have the following skills and experience:
A core communication/liaison ability (written, verbal and face-to-face)
Represent RxSS and position our value
Represent Client back into RxSS to deliver value
Ability to project manage varied and complex issues
Client facing issue tracking and facilitation (email/conference calls)
RxSS facing issue tracking and facilitatio
Ability to facilitate operational development
Processes that require something new with scale
New processes that are uncovered because of scale
Ability to obtain and interpret data to develop the Client State (past, present and future)
Standard and Custom Reporting
Developed into a narrative to describe what, why and where we go next
Ability to take each Client's unique needs and build a personalized plan
Operational categories, like (Member Services, Marketing, Reporting, Product)
Client Engagement (Cadence, Content, Tactics)
Other Qualification include:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management, customer success management, or another relevant sales role.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales leadership role.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data to make sound decisions.
Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with customers so that objectives can be achieved.
Expert negotiation skills specifically with managing client feedback and requests.
Clear understanding of Customer Success sales processes and customer lifecycles.
Moderate to advanced skill level using applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
