About the Opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional ABA services, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, driving contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand services. You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure alignment with district needs and priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned school districts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction with CSD services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Special Education Directors, Superintendents, and other district leaders.
- Conduct regular check-ins (monthly or quarterly) to review service delivery, address concerns, and align on district goals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure services meet or exceed district expectations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and provide data-driven updates to districts.
- Proactively identify and address challenges or gaps in service, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports to districts, highlighting student progress, service impact, and outcomes.
- Track and document client interactions, service updates, and contract details using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align district goals with CSD's service capabilities.
- Meet and exceed key performance goals, including:
- 95% district contract renewal rate
- 2-3 upsell opportunities per quarter
- Regular engagement through monthly check-ins
- Additional job duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, preferably working with school districts.
- Strong knowledge of NPA services (ABA therapy), Department of Education regulations, and special education funding streams.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to track client engagement and service delivery.
- Computer proficiency required.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting, typing, and computer work.
- Occasional walking, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 20 lbs).
