About the role:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to be part of the journey at Ogury, a scalable and international company specialized in the mobile advertising ecosystem.

You will be part of an international team with great values, selling an innovative and booming product worldwide and for new markets. You will be the referral of the client satisfaction, you will assist them in their mobile media strategies and you will monitor the clients accounts in order to help them to grow up and fidelize them.

You'll be partnering with sales for growing and nurturing a portfolio of customers for the Benelux market by understanding their goals and needs and identifying opportunities for growth to realise re-booking and up-selling.

What you will be doing:

  • Management of a client portfolio with your Sales Team

  • Creation of Proposals & Media Recommendations for your clients

  • Monitoring and analysis of campaigns as part of key advertisers' portfolio

  • Management of rebooking campaigns; upsell directly with the clients

  • Troubleshooting, in collaboration with the Adops teams

  • Participation in workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients

  • Creation of end of campaign reports with your analysis and present back to clients

  • Updating your knowledge of all Ogury's solutions

  • Insights Analysis for Client Recommendations

About you:

  • You have a strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies, mobile ecosystem

  • You are rigorous, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and have strong analysis abilities & relational skills

  • Experience within an advertising agency/ Adtech company / Ad Network

  • You thrive working with clients and are a confident presenter

  • You always want to move forward, you are proactive in your job

  • You speak English fluently and ideally you also speak Dutch. French is a bonus

  • Programmatic knowledge is key
