Who we want
What you will do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with healthcare organizations and provide innovative solutions designed to help our customers understand the totality of how their organization is experienced by the people they serve. You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers that promote portfolio development, expansion, retention and loyalty. You will have the opportunity to present meaningful insights to our customers through dynamic presentations. Additionally, you will devise and facilitate Customer Success plans based on your in-depth knowledge of the customer's organizational goals.
What you need
Bachelor's Degree Required
Ability to travel 10-40% of the time
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated interest in and aptitude for customer service and sales
Effective presentation and facilitation skills
Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
