The Customer Success Manager role will:

  • Enable our customers to realize business value from their investment and make our customers passionate advocates of EdCast
  • Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a success plan with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them
  • Be accountable to drive high usage of EdCast platform(s) within customers by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption plan
  • Leverage deep functional expertise to increase the customers usage of EdCast platform(s)
  • Proactively identify new use cases and expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for the customer and for EdCast
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs) within each customer to influence solution delivery and adoption
  • Build/maintain rapid channel of communication to customer in case of online service-related issues and events.
  • This role will specialize in EdCasts MyGuide product offering


  • 5+ years of customer facing and technology experience using Saas applications, front-end web development, or other applicable software
  • Strong communication, ability to present to technical and business audiences. Some experience with solution selling or technical sales enablement preferred
  • Top-notch executive engagement skills with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision makers and influence decisions
  • Deep understanding of SaaS customer engagement and customer success methodologies
  • Proven ability to map the customers business process to product capability
  • Strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project management experience is a plus

The details Role and responsibilities: * You'll help Humu's customers achieve the maximum possible value from Humu by understanding their goals and helping customers achieve those goals while minimizing risk. Help build Humu's Customer Success strategy for future customers and create scalable policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience. * Coach customers on how to most effectively manage their programs. Ensure customers realize the full potential of our products and services to meet their objectives. * Oversee account health, promote adoption, and client satisfaction to drive renewals and upsells. * Serve as the liaison and trusted advisor between customers and the Product Team, gathering feedback and product input to ensure each customer's objectives are met. * Coach customers on how to leverage the various Humu roles and resources made available to enable value through the customer lifecycle (onboarding, technical implementation, etc.) * Working in partnership with Sales and Marketing, identify and amplify the narrative of our biggest Customer Success stories via press, web portals and community events. * Timely and accurately respond to customer inquiries.
