We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to focus on building, retaining, and growing our Mid-Market Clients. You will work closely with Procore's Install-Based Sales team and act as a liaison between various Procore teams in order to ensure our clients are set up for success.

As a successful Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you have a consultative mindset and can quickly understand both Procore's Technology and the industries we serve. You will apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business goals and objectives. You'll be instrumental in creating long-lasting Procore partnerships and responsible for delivering ROI analysis for your client base to drive positive client outcomes for Procore. Leveraging this consultative approach, you will deliver Industry and Technology thought leadership while encompassing Procore's values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.

To build successful relationships with our team and clients, you'll need to visit them! Travel is required (up to 15-20%).

All applicants must have at least 2-5 years of experience in account management (preferably in a SaaS environment). We are looking for great candidates for this position to work out of our New York, NY office.

What you'll do:

  • Gain a strong understanding of best practices relevant to retaining and growing accounts within a personal portfolio while mitigating risk.

  • Develop and execute on account strategies for mid-Market accounts, while working alongside Procore's sale team to deliver positive outcomes for Procore clients.

  • Build trust and create meaningful relationships among Champions and key Executives within each account.

  • Ensure each client understands the ROI/value Procore delivers to their business through conducting virtual or on-site business reviews to each client that align to our client's business goals and objectives.

  • Identify and forecast risk as well as growth opportunities within portfolio.

  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2-5 years account management experience, preferably in a Saas environment

  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth

  • Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

  • Successful candidates are innovative, persuasive, creative, and have a genuine curiosity in their clients business. Goal and results oriented, optimistic, smart, value added mindset, proactive and easily adapts to change.

  • Must work well within a team environment

  • While this isn't a sales role, previous sales experience a plus

By managing the template creation and modification process, the ACSM can ensure that templates are created and modified in a timely manner for customers. * Quality Assurance. By thoroughly checking campaigns, audiences and overall production, the ACSM ensures high quality of all output and deliverables. * Improving the customer experience. The ACSM will work very closely with the CSM, COM and FDE teams to ensure that key deliverables are completed on time and with the highest quality. * Identifying areas for improvement and championing process change. The ACSM role hasa unique vantage point of working with several internal teams and departments. A ACSM should feel empowered to look for ways to improve our internal processes and how we serve customers. The ACSM team is encouraged to bring these ideas forward and to leadinitiatives for internal and external improvements. For example, compiling new best practices. * Supporting CSMs on day-to-day tasks fur customers. This includes joining status calls, proactively communicating on deliverables, assets and milestones to customers, helping CSMs with any program/creative ideas to make recommendations on, triaging customer issues to Product Support and FDE, the template/campaign process, reports as needed. Escalating issues to CSMs as needed. Requirements * BA/BS degree & 1+ years experience related to SaaS, technology, digital marketing and/or e-commerce * Incredibly organized with strong project management experience * Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts * Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented, collaborative and deadline-driven environment * Demonstrates basic problem solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills * Confidence, patience, passion, ambition and drive * Ability to prioritize and manage yourself to get things done with minimal oversight * A sense of wanting to figure out how things work * A love for small company environments.
