The Customer Success Manager serves as the primary business contact for our customers, is responsible for customer satisfaction, relationships and revenue growth. The Customer Success Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, socialize the Kastle value proposition and represent customer needs and goals within the organization. In addition, the Customer Success Manager liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for building lasting client relationships? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring top-notch service, resolving conflicts, and driving portfolio growth, specifically with clients within our Multifamily vertical.

  • Your Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: As the primary point of contact, you'll forge enduring relationships with our valued clients.

Growth Catalyst: Collaborating closely with our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships and establishing new ones. Your contribution will drive portfolio growth in line with corporate directives

️ Efficiency Guru: Client issues? No problem! You'll handle them swiftly and efficiently, making sure our clients experience smooth sailing throughout their journey with us.

On-the-Go: Get ready to hit the road! You'll frequently visit client sites (within the Washington DC area), not just for training and installations but also for those essential quarterly check-ins and any urgent client needs.

Data Whisperer: Keep a watchful eye on how our clients use our product, and collaborate closely with the product team. You'll spot opportunities and potential challenges, ensuring projects stay on track.

Quality Champion: We're all about delivering quality. You'll assist onboarding during project installs to ensure they meet our high standards and contribute to project profitability.

Company Ambassador: You'll be well-versed in our company's capabilities and services, effectively conveying our offerings to clients.

Reporting Maven: You'll report to the VP of Client Services, providing regular updates on all account activity. Your status and call reports will help us stay informed and ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-5 years of Account/Customer Success Management experience.

  • Previous experience working with property managers or within property managment is a plus as well as experience in technology that supports multifamily customers.

  • Ability to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships

  • Professional, polished in appearance and able to communicate in a detailed and articulate manner

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Technical competence (understanding of software, hardware, networks, etc.)

  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

  • High level of initiative, self-directed, and work well in a team environment

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Experience training customers on the use of technology

  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office software, and sales force automation systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred

  • Experience in navigating through complex set of legacy and current technology platforms and infrastructure; integration between systems preferred (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AX, and proprietary software among others).

  • Must be able to be on call and work overtime, weekends, and/or nights when required.
