Why this role is important to Field Nation:

Our strong Customer Success team is the driving force behind customer retention and platform adoption. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll focus on driving value for the customer, reducing churn, impacting upsell, and maximizing each client's potential for success. Customer Success strategically addresses pain points to create happy and healthy customers.

What you'll get to do:

  • Customer Success & Value Delivery: Drive retention, adoption, and growth by understanding how the customer defines success and delivering value throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Customer Needs & Solutions: Uncover business needs and KPIs to address pain points and help customers achieve goals, maintaining industry and product knowledge for effective communication.

  • Customer Training & Relationships: Deliver customized training and build relationships to share best practices, uncover new pain points, and improve efficiencies.

  • Project & Touchpoint Management: Manage customer initiatives, prioritize based on customer health, and deliver consistent touchpoints like cadence calls and Executive Business Reviews.

  • Advocacy & Collaboration: Identify upsell opportunities, lead product discussions, advocate customer needs to internal teams, and participate in cross-functional initiatives.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or building customer relationships, focused on satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor, creating valuable business partnerships and delivering measurable results.

  • Ability to independently conduct technical discovery, while knowing when to engage internal resources for better understanding of client needs.

$70,000 - $80,000 a year

At Field Nation, we share the value of transparency and enable this during our recruiting process. We believe it's important to share the compensation range to best understand the full opportunity of a role! We select our initial range based on reliable compensation survey data. Other factors we consider in setting the specific pay for an individual will generally include, among other things, experience, specialized skills, work location, and internal equity to provide competitive offers. Additionally, every role is eligible for variable pay dependent on the position. As an agile and growing organization, the business needs may change. This may result in us hiring someone with less or more experience than the job description states. If that does happen, we will communicate the updated salary range and the new role to you as a candidate. The range stated below is a starting point of the compensation conversation, we'd like to hear what your compensation expectations are too!

Base Salary Range | Minnesota or other Zone 3 | $70,000 - 80,000

On-Target Earnings Range Begin At | Minnesota or other Zone 3 (similar metros in the US) | $80,000 - 90,000

Customer-facing compensation includes base salary and variable compensation, together this equates to on-target earnings.
