  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive the value of Looker

  • Help fast moving high profile organizations navigate change and revolutionize how they use data

  • Provide mentorship and guidance through demonstrable knowledge of Looker's products, solutions and methodologies

  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

  • Be an internal advocate for customer needs and feature requests across product, internal support, engineering and Sales

  • Help drive customer references and case studies


  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Client Services in a Business Intelligence or data related field

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence

  • Highly organized and able to handle conflicting priorities

  • Imaginative and creative thinking skills with an ability to quickly diagnose situations and zoom out to see the bigger picture

  • Regularly travel to meet customers on-site

  • Learn the ins and outs of Looker and creatively find solutions for our customers

  • Help our customers learn and navigate our product and the organizational change it can bring

  • Collaborative, dependable, enthusiastic both inside Looker and with our customers

  • A Customer-centric personality that is reliable and willing to go the extra mile

CallidusCloud is seeking Customer Success Managers to act as the primary contact for our strategic customers throughout their customer experience journey. This timeline runs from signing their first agreement with CallidusCloud through Implementation and their ongoing use and expansion of our Lead to Money Suite solutions. This role is both challenging and exciting, as you engage with our customers as their primary advocate and advisor to ensure they have an optimal Callidus customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter. This position can be based out of our office in Dublin, CA Responsibilities * Own the entire customer lifecycle journey for your assigned strategic customers. * Develop strong relationships with customer executives and technical leadership through your deep knowledge of their business operations and how our solutions improve their ROI. * Understand and guide your customers on how their solution components seamlessly support their business. * Take ownership to anticipate and proactively resolve any issues that impact their use of our solutions. * Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure action plan timelines are met. * Identify opportunities for your customers to increase the value realized via Callidus solutions. * Proactively report on customer adoption, sentiment and overall health. * Maximize all solution renewals and identify and pursue additional product/services opportunities and upsell. Travel Expectation: up to 50% Qualifications * 3+ years' demonstrated proficiency in a Technical Account Management or Customer Success role in a SaaS environment for large enterprise customers with complex application solutions. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with both executive and technical customer management. * Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms as appropriate for the given audience. * Ability to work effectively as a team player with internal and external team members. * Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment.
