Job Opening: Customer Success ManagerSchedule: Full Time, 40 hoursLocation: Los Angeles, CADuties: 1. Schedule and perform regular visits with accounts, prioritizing those with issues but equally giving attention and required visits to non-problem accounts.2. Work directly with the Vice President of Business Development to ensure active involvement and engagement from the facility to corporate level.3. Collaborate with Business Development Team in assisting potential and current clients.4. Support and educate clients on Long Term Care pharmacy processes, procedures, and standards, as well as industry standards.5. Attend Industry Trade Shows as deemed necessary.Requirements: 1. Current Pharmacy Technician License.
2. 2+ years of direct client/account management experience; Pharmacy or Healthcare experience a plus.3. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent required.4. Experience working with C-level clients and across entire organizations.5. Ability to travel and present to clients, as required.Compensation: $80,000-$82,500 plus $300 car allowance and they pay for gas. If overnight trips they pay everything. and full benefits- including life insurance
