Our Customer Success Managers are the heart of how Anvyl builds partnerships with our customers. They are how we communicate our culture, our brand and the power of our platform to our customers. They build and own strategic customer plans, drive adoption, work through integrations and identify areas to expand how Anvyl supports customers. They are at the forefront of where our product interacts with our customers and are a key conveyor of information and feedback for the product team as we work to expand the platform and develop new features to better serve our customers.

Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, Anvyls Customer Success Managers are continually focused on helping our customers leverage Anvyls software to improve their supply chain operations, increase transparency across their supply chain, and better coordinate with suppliers around the world. Were looking for a smart, dedicated and fast-moving CSM to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts: providing strategic guidance to our customers by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices, ensuring customer happiness and engagement
  • Become an expert in Anvyls software - assist other company employees and users in maximizing the abilities of the application
  • Craft internal processes- We are always looking for better ways to support our customers. Everyone on the team owns the process and participates in building it and making it better
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating internally for customer needs and feature requests to Anvyls internal Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Assist with support for our portfolio of customers, handling ongoing requests and trouble tickets (we currently use Intercom for this)
  • Educate- Our team is here to help people find better ways of managing supply chains. This means you need to be a good teacher and bring users with you on their supply chain journey
  • Find additional ways that Anvyl can support customers and grow the relationship - this includes managing the renewal process for all your brands
  • Supply Chain inherently comes with many tools in the tech stack. Youll scope and manage integration projects to ensure your customers stay connected
  • Work closely across the internal Anvyl org to deliver feedback on the software and work towards creating more impactful software solutions for our customers

Requirements

  • You are able to break down complicated work flows into simple steps, verbally and written
  • You are a great advocate for the customer and can demonstrate empathy, resourcefulness, and the ability to be solutions-focused
  • Ambiguity is more thrilling than nerve-wrecking for you
  • You enjoy teaching others
  • You have the ability to manage competing priorities
  • 3+ years of managing customer relationships
  • Nice to Have: Supply chain experience or knowledge of the space
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience at a technology start-up
  • Nice to Have: B2B SaaS experience
  • Nice to Have: Familiar with Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Product tours, content building

As a CSM, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them succeed and expand with our platform and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their lifecycle. By engaging with customers both strategically and tactically, you'll help drive NinjaCat adoption and position customers to derive maximum ROI on an ongoing basis. This in turn will directly contribute to NinjaCat’s 2021 objective to improve retention (90% gross; 110%+ net). You will also work closely with our Product Team and be a liaison between our accounts to help directly influence product roadmap and NinjaCat’s mission to create the gold standard in marketing analytics while pioneering a new way to work. The CSM is a member of our Revenue Team within the Customer Success department. This role reports to the VP of Customer Success, who leads a team of CSM’s and Learning Specialists and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role does not have any direct reports, however leadership skills and experience are essential for success in the role. </p><p>This role currently includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: </p><ul> <li>Own the ultimate responsibility for the customer’s onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of NinjaCat’s customers:<ul> <li>Enterprise CSM: Manages approximately 20 of NinjaCat’s largest, most complex and critical clients; $2 - 3M ARR total.</li> <li>Midmarket CSM: Manages approximately 50 of NinjaCat’s midsize clients; $1.5 - 2M ARR total.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Team with NinjaCat Learning Specialist and Professional Services Expert to successfully onboard new clients, helping them achieve shortest time to sustainable value. </li> <li>Conduct quarterly or bi-annual Executive Business Reviews with customers at the strategic level to build success plans and establish goals to assist the customer in achieving their objectives. </li> <li>Establish and maintain a regular cadence (weekly, monthly) of check-ins with primary points-of-contact to address tactical concerns or issues. </li> <li>Establish yourself as a trusted and strategic advisor with your customers and drive continued value of NinjaCat’s products and services.</li> <li>Partner with NinjaCat Account Manager(s) to find opportunities for expanded use of NinjaCat and to ensure renewal. </li> <li>Act as the voice of the customer across all NInjaCat departments and most particularly Product to advocate customer’s needs. Work closely with Product to identify/track enhancement requests.</li> <li>Continually measure and monitor Customer Health metrics and KPIs (e.g. NPS). Proactively identify issues and coordinate with NinjaCat teams to remediate issues as they are identified. Leverage internal tools, including ChurnZero, to centrally archive customer activity and other key data points.</li> <li>Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, both in our product and processes.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in sales and/or customer success with a SaaS company</li> <li>Or 5+ years of client-facing experience in Digital Marketing</li> <li>Strong consulting and project management skills, with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to interface with both practitioners and champions/sponsors.
