Your Role:

As a member of the Customer Success team, this role will be responsible for the renewal process for existing Nessus customers.

Your Opportunity:

  • Interface with customers to deliver pre and post renewal non-technical support and solutions to the Nessus customer base as well as serving as an advocate for customer needs

  • Learn and make effective use of CRM (Salesforce) to track and manager customer requests

  • Act as primary point of contact for existing Nessus customers; facilitate customer relationships via phone and email with monthly, quarterly outreach

  • Act as a bridge to Provisioning, Finance, Sales, Support, Services, and Product Management by providing input on diverse customer situations and escalated issues

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by making certain that customers' needs and concerns are addressed

  • Educate and enable customers to capitalize on full potential of Tenable's product offerings

  • Coordinate with channel partners to quote renewals for Nessus customer base

  • Utilize Nessus Marketing and Renewals Tech Touch Program

What You'll Need:

  • Desire to work in sales or similar client support role

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work as part of a team to complete tasks with defined parameters and timelines

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Essential Functions and Primary Duties * Perform analysis of marketing and sales materials * Assist in the creation of client materials, emails, presentations, etc. * Provide support to social media efforts, including messaging and content design * Complete Excel dashboards and spreadsheets * Assist in the distribution or delivery of client materials * Maintaining and updating benefit guide templates * Conduct editing for RFP's * Plans and organizes local office events * Filing and organization * Updating company and client branding * Perform all other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications * Currently enrolled or completed bachelor's degree in risk management & insurance, business management or relatable major * Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) fluency * GPA of 3.25 or above * Able to multi-task and see projects through to completion * Strong desire to learn along with professional drive * Ability to be self-motivated, self-directed * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize multiple projects Minimum Qualifications * You must be at least 18 years old * High School Diploma or GED required * Completed first year of college coursework Cbiz, Inc.
