However, as the number of customers grows rapidly, it is critical that we optimize and scale our CSM organization to deliver on our goals of happy customers and great referrals, high renewals, and revenue expansion.
Join our exciting startup to help scale and optimize the CSM function. You'll manage a team of customer success managers (CSM's) to ensure effective onboarding of SeekOut customers.
Your team will also be responsible for upselling, cross-selling, and for ensuring customer success and adoption of SeekOut. The role requires demonstrated player coach leadership, technical proficiency, and sales acumen. You will have the collaboration and support of the whole leadership team as you define strategy, drives priorities, and build metrics and process to ensure scale and success. We are of the firm belief, that product team, marketing, sales, all need to be in support of customer success.
