Job TitleCustomer Success Consultant Job DescriptionAs our Customer Success Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the Sage Fixed Assets New Customer Acquisition sales team and the Customer for Life (C4L) sales team. Every day, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every new customer is seamlessly implemented, making customers satisfied with the services they receive and prepared to utilize their product comprehensively. To thrive, you must oversee the implementation process for new accounts, working closely with Sage Expert Services to ensure timely and efficient execution. Key Responsibilities.
During implementation, promptly monitor and address escalations, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct thorough post-sales business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction, identify pain points, and explore opportunities for improvement.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their solution to be realized.
Be accountable for driving high usage of products and services by executing an Adoption Plan utilizing business intelligence data to intervene and manage churn risk proactively.
Proactively identify opportunities with the C4L group for customers to benefit from add-on modules or services that enhance their overall experience and success.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Support, to drive client success and product improvement.
Qualifications:
3 years of customer success experience.
Customer-facing experience required.
Implementation experience preferred.
Keen ability using Microsoft Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, and other services like Salesforce.
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
