It's an exciting time to join Nutanix. The company is building a world class Customer Success (CS) organization and we are looking to hire a Biz Ops Manager for the CS operations teams reporting to the Sr. Director, Customer Success. This individual will be responsible for leading multiple strategic and operational programs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with the company's senior and executive leadership, including EVP of Customer Success to define, launch and drive strategic and operational CS initiatives.

  • Identify and structure key strategic projects/initiatives to solve complex business challenges by working with business stakeholders across the organization, managing communications, overseeing milestones and timelines, and leading cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver on objectives.

  • Work closely with leads to deliver strategic insights, provide solutions to challenges and recommendations based on business analyses.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in developing market and competitive intelligence, establishing tools and systems, key organizational metrics, and architecting and executing other operationally strategic projects.

  • Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices.


  • BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 or more years of experience working in a similar area.

  • Experience in management consulting, organizational design, corporate strategy, or project management experience in a technology/infrastructure company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.

  • Experience in implementing strategic and large scale initiatives projects in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability in structuring strategic analyses (e.g., financial, competitive or market intelligence, operational metrics etc.), developing and communicating executive level storylines and presentations.

  • Experience in business operations, service operations, customer success, data center/cloud infrastructure, hyper converged infrastructure.

  • Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business challenges.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.

The CSM completes the post-sales experience for customers, serving as the advocate for their customers and accelerating the expansion of solutions within each account. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about solutions as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every customer. Responsibilities: * Serve as the Customer Advocate for customers beginning from the point of sale and extending through onboarding, services adoption, and renewals. * Work cross functionally with consulting services and sales to ensure seamless onboarding. * Work with customers to identify key business metrics; develop a plan that addresses important business objectives and track and reporting on those metrics to ensure success. * Provide consultative guidance on changes and enhancements to customer business processes to achieve objectives identified through the sales process. * Establish a trusted advisor relationship, gathering product feedback and helping customers plan to maximize their benefit with new feature releases. * Work with customers to create strategic success plans that effectively demonstrate their ROI. * Effectively communicate, validate, and propagate self-service assets for customers. * Establish and own relationships with key customer Business Decision Makers to drive further product adoption. * Participate in broader support of the Customer Community through authoring Best Practice articles and videos, collaborating with Calix Marketing team to create compelling Customer Case Studies and contribute to the digital Customer Community. * Assist in developing processes to deliver Success@Scale for the broad base of customers. * Always be thinking creatively to increase renewals and drive long term customer success. A proactive approach is taken for each account regardless of segment. Qualifications: * In depth knowledge of Smart Home and IoT technologies, platforms and market dynamics * 5-10+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support, or equivalent experience in professional services, project management or account management functions. * Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including: * Ability to provide a consultative approach on marketing plan development and execution * A clear understanding of how ROI will be measured and analyzed for campaigns * Experience leveraging data to create targeted marketing campaigns * Natural proactive nature, who approaches all situations with an empathetic and patient manner. * Demonstrable ability to think strategically, execute tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of solutions within customer environment. * Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities is preferred. * Highly data-driven with a commitment to process. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio. * Experience in developing Social Media and Community collateral to drive customer self-service programs. * Experience in SaaS and Telecommunications industry preferred.
