Job Description:

At Seniorly, our mission is to connect families and local businesses by delivering services that will keep seniors engaged and happy. Were looking for a weekend Customer Success teammate to ensure our customers are successful and have a good experience using Seniorly. We are looking for a team member to join our San Francisco Office immediately. This contractor role will turn into a full-time role for the right person.



Responsibilities:

Build and maintain rapport with families, senior living providers, and agents to ensure a good customer experience.

Work with team to build and execute effective customer contact strategies

Lead management including communications with families via email, SMS, and over the phone.

Provider (both senior living communities and senior living placement agencies) management via email, SMS, and over the phone.

Contribute your ideas to help build a better product and experience for our customers and improve conversion rates.

Job Details:

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 - 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday

Location: San Francisco Financial District

Pay: Competitive Salary with Benefits and Equity

We are expanding our Customer Success team and are looking for new colleagues for the role of an Senior Customer Success Manager for North America. As a key member on our Customer Success team, you will drive the adoption of solutions for P2P, Supply Chain and Trade Financing solutions in large companies, while at the same time using your entrepreneurial spirit to take an active part in continuing building our company. You will be in an important role in Tradeshift, as you will be part of the Customer Success team with your primary responsibilities to ensure adoption of existing solutions and to sell our solutions and related services to existing customers in North America. What You Will Do: * Ensure a maximum adoption and roll-out of existing Tradeshift solutions, revenue retention and growth. * Be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities at existing clients, selling, and closing in line with dedicated revenue goals to existing customers * Ensure client value and satisfaction while also acting as escalation level on tactical and strategic level * Ensure client referenceability to support the Sales organization in prospect closing processes * Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts * Work with partners and build joint value propositions towards the client * Build a relationship on strategic level and orchestrate the organization towards the clients across all Tradeshift departments as advocate for the client * Developing strategic account plans based on short, mid and long term actions to grow the client relationship. * Know the market and maintain a good knowledge of all key competitorsBe responsible for sales reporting and revenue forecast on your client portfolio Your Profile: * 4+ years relevant work experience with a background in SaaS or B2B/enterprise software * Experience in account management, customer success with excellent relationship management, cross-selling skills, demonstrate a deep customer understanding and strong values for customer success. * Experience working with technology for finance, supply chain, procure to pay systems a plus * Pro-active, results driven team-player coupled with a strong business mindset. * Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to create a unique value proposition for clients, effectively mediate conflict and influence stakeholders * Demonstrates strong project and change management experience * Highly data-driven mindset and passion for analytics * BA/BS degree, a masters degree in an IT, engineering or business related field a plus * Flexibility for travel for many customer facing engagements Culture and Perks Tradeshift is a very special place.
