Position Summary

The Customer Success Advocate I, II, III is responsible for client satisfaction and success. Proactive account relationship management with an assigned portfolio of CDK dealerships. The CSA will have a strong understanding of the business needs of the client's business performance metrics, in order to assist with driving the CDK solution value. They will strive to maximize adoption and utilization of CDK products, driving client engagement. This will be done either via telephone and in-person visits.

Position Responsibilities & Essential functions

  • Assists customers with defining their strategy around CDK solutions

  • Articulate CDK's vision to enable end to end automotive commerce

  • Maintain established relationships with dealership management and have a reputation for being a trusted expert on CDK products

  • Assess dealership risk factors, identify risk mitigation strategies to ensure continued success of CDK applications and new layered application opportunities

  • Prepare customer specific reports and presentations for the purposes of educating and driving growth in the customer's organization

  • Identify trends and help solution for identified gaps using analytics

  • Key business partner with Sales to help define opportunities to grow our business with the customer

  • CSA III will Mentor CSA I and II level associates on best practices to engage and provide solutions for customer needs

  • Able to successfully identify and implement strategies for retaining "at risk" customers

  • Identify opportunities and create a plan for addressing training needs for dealership staff

  • Mentor and train junior staff on risk mitigation strategies, customer recommendations and best practices

Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of client services, marketing or sales experience

  • 5+ years of retail automotive experience preferred

  • Ability to work and influence across all levels of the dealership

  • CDK application knowledge regarding Sales/F&I, Accounting, Service and Parts workflows

  • Proficient in using Salesforce

  • B2B or outside sales or account management in a similar industry

  • BA/BS preferred

  • High sense of urgency

SUMMARY: The Digital Customer Success Specialist serves as the direct liaison for Growth teams and customers who are utilizing Digital products. This role is responsible for building high trust relationships to ensure the value of Digital products is maximized and fulfilled. The Customer Success Specialist oversees the client journey through the configuration, implementation, and on site fulfillment of Digital products. Strong cross-functional communication skills are critical to the success of this role in order to oversee event timelines as well as collect and share customer feedback within Digital to elevate product offerings. Strategic, creative, and collaborative critical thinking skills are required to effectively partner with clients, align product recommendations to their business needs, and mitigate risks to the fulfilment of those recommendations Additional responsibilities include: * Manage intake process for Digital products post-sale, engaging Delivery and Operations teams * Partner with Growth and Channel Sales teams for pre-sale consulting and quote generation during RFP process as requested * Serve as single point of contact for assigned customers and Growth teams, facilitating internal timelines and customer touchpoints in partnership with Product and Delivery teams * Communicate regularly and effectively with customers and business partners to ensure satisfaction of product utilization is realized. * Promote the utilization of Digital products and services via multiple customer touch points in order to derive maximum value of the customer's investment. * Identify risks to the customer's achieving their stated business goals and develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with Product, Delivery, and Operations teams. * Serve as a customer advocate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of Digital products/services through seeding of Product roadmaps and informing Channel Sales strategy. * Identify business issues and propose innovative ways to partner in our customers' success through journey mapping and contributing to Customer Success strategy * Identify new opportunities to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint through partnership with Channel Sales * Provide world class service by following up on all customer issues, inquiries and requests. Own escalated product/services and business relationship issues, collaborating with business partners and driving them to resolution * Consolidates cost and resource reporting in relation to assigned events as appropriate * Manage internal Customer Success documents, product marketing resources and collateral to accelerate adoption, education, and utilization of Digital products EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree (B.
