Our Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering and solving customer inquiries about APEC's product under the direction of Customer Service Director in order to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.

Specific Job Function:

  • Provide product support regarding to water purification products by phone, email, and online chat systems.

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding to product support, sales, and order questions.

  • Continually improve knowledge of our products

  • Work seamlessly with related departments to provide feedback for customer service process and coaching support to new teammates

  • Provide additional administrative support to the team and management, ensuring smooth daily operations of customer service department.

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English on Speaking, Reading, and Writing.

  • 2 years of consumer goods product service experience preferred

  • Experience in telephone customer service

  • Highly skillful with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (compatible email)

  • Experience in working independently.

  • Experience in Amazon or online customer support is a plus.

  • Experience in product RMA return processing experience is a plus.

  • Experience in Fed-Ex, UPS, and Freight shipping lost package, and damage claim process is a plus.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
