Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Communicate effectively with the customer via telephone, email, and other forms of communication modes.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Anticipate and identify problems and proactively work to solve them.

  • Engage in and execute customer specific projects

  • Check orders for accuracy to ensure all information provided is correct

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Schneider's tools and technology used to perform daily tasks

  • Accountable for meeting key factors in areas such as service and phone etiquette

Utilizing internal and external resources to solve complex technical problems related to above systems. Essential Functions: * Assembles new or modified mechanical components or assemblies for products such as aircraft fuel controls, actuators, pumps. * Sets up and conducts tests of mechanical and electronic systems and components. May contribute to the design of such tests. * Coordinates and participates in installation of equipment in test fixtures, connecting valves, pumps, hydraulic, mechanical or electrical controls, cabling, tubing, power source and instrumentation. * Records test procedures and results (numerical and graphical data). * Documents mechanical or electrical problems and generates solutions to those problems. * Analyzes test results in relation to design or rated specification and test objectives; modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications. * Examines parts for conformance to system or component specifications using precision measuring instruments.
