With a team of over 180 employees, we currently maintain 10 locations throughout the state of Florida also growing into North Carolina! We are currently seeking a Customer Service/Scheduling Assistant to join our team. This position plays an integral role in our mission to provide an exceptional customer experience with each interaction! The Customer Service/Scheduling Assistant is responsible for the following:

  • Handling incoming phone calls in a high-volume, fast-paced environment using a multi-line system

  • Utilizing the company's scheduling platform to set & manage Installation schedules

  • Working with the sales department for initial scheduling during customer sales appointment

  • Scheduling repair jobs as needed from customer and directed by Installation Supervisor

  • Confirming customer appointments

  • Invoicing prior day jobs for the next day

  • Coordinating with Installation Supervisor customer concerns and work towards immediate solution while providing the highest level of customer service

  • Preparing installation packets for all install technicians prior to installation date

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer service role

  • Possess a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service

  • High level of professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness

  • Excellent communication, listening, and people skills.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

  • Possess organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of the southwest Florida area.

  • Ability to utilize mapping tools such as MapQuest, Google Maps, etc.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Ability to perform effectively and positively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
