The Customer Service/Sales Associate (Bilingual Spanish) receives inbound calls and uses discovery methods and suggestive selling techniques to meet the customer's stated and unstated needs while building rapport and enhancing the customer experience.
Handles inbound calls. Processes orders, answer questions and sells products/services while consistently ensuring delivery of a positive experience on every call.
Proactively identifies the customer's stated and unstated needs, suggest relevant offers and benefits. Optimize company profitability using discovery methods, solution selling of products and services.
Efficiently multi-tasks and navigates across multiple PC order systems while communicating with the customer. Utilizes established processes and tools to ensure timely communications and accuracy on all transactions. This includes responding to order inquiries, placing new and /or re-orders, pricing products, verifying and retrieving data while following through with the customer.
Resolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering an optimal customer experience.
Maintains and modifies customer records by accurately entering information in computer database and documenting customer requests.
Promotes customer confidence and protects operations by keeping all customer and financial information confidential.
Maintains company quality standards, revenue, and service levels by meeting or exceeding department target goals.
Adheres to attendance and work schedule requirements (including shift start/end times, breaks & lunches) and works effectively in a highly structured work environment. Must be willing to work schedules based upon business needs.
Support and participate in a positive work environment by adhering to Deluxe Shared Values, complying with policies, procedures and safety rules.
Strives to continuously improve performance, implements feedback and takes action to make changes as appropriate.
Position may include other duties as determined by the company.
Required: - Fluent in both English and Spanish
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of twelve months of consistent Customer Service experience.
Must be proficient with Windows operating system and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Detail oriented and organizational skills to achieve accuracy goals.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Mastered skill of verifying all aspects of an order and customer file.
Teamwork, ability to handle change, multiple demands, ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time while communicating over the telephone.
Able to communicate effectively and persuasively with the customer.
Use good judgment in dealing with external and internal customers.
Must be able to attend a training class scheduled to start on July 23rd, 2018. Training hours To Be Determined. Training class will last 5 - 6 weeks. Training schedule subject to change based upon business needs.
