Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Spherion is hiring for a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative in Fort Wayne, IN Pay: $18-$20/HR Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (hours can be a bit flexible) Location: Downtown Fort Wayne - has the potential to become a work from home/hybrid position after a few weeks of training in the office This position would include talking with patients/nurse staff to inform them the highlights and benefits of a medical product that the client produces/sells. Having a background in the medical field or even having worked as a staff memeber or Receptionist in a Medical facility is a huge plus. Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls

• Providing customer service to patients over the phone and answering any questions they may have on a product

• Cold Calling to medical facilities

• Light Computer work/data entry

• Inside sales responsibilities Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills:

• Outgoing personality/enjoys speaking with others

• Well organized

• Excellent communication skills

• A background working in a medical environment is a plus (could be a receptionist, intake coordinator, care provider etc.) Education: No Degree Required Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications:

• Comfortable making cold calls
