Part-Time Customer Service/Ground Security Agent - ST. LOUIS LAMBERT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Air Choice One is seeking an addition to our team with a passion for helping others. This individual will be polite, upbeat, and professional with the desire to provide amazing customer service to our passengers.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure safety is the primary consideration in all operations
Consistently act in the best interest of both the Company and its customers
Ensure courteous and efficient customer service is provided to all customers
Process flight reservations over the phone and in person/airline ticketing
Assist customers with questions regarding flight schedules
Notify customers about changes in flight schedule
Provide information about airport security and baggage requirements
Respond to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Maintain a working knowledge of Airport Operations procedures
Handle passengers' luggage (including loading/offloading)
Marshal Company aircraft in and out
Operate Company vehicles when required
Ensure safe and efficient station ramp operation
Ensure all FAA, TSA, DOT, and Company policies and procedures are properly enforced
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic Computer Skills ability to learn reservation systems
Ability to perform simple mathematics
Ability to read and interpret tags, labels, and manifests
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Previous airline and/or customer service experience is a plus
Ground Security Coordinator training provided
Aircraft Marshalling, Hazmat and Customer Service training provided
Obtain Class E Driver License
Education and Experience:
Background check and drug testing will be performed.
