Key Responsibilities:

Use analytical and creative skills to support a solution-oriented approach to success Handle escalated issues and de-escalate callers when necessary Design and develop CSUS training partnering with training team Mentor and coach employees to meet and exceed customer expectations Work in partnership with Customer Service Supervisors to improve procedures, inspire change and motivate staff What you bring Strong communication skills, positive can-do attitude and resolution-oriented mindset.
