Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquiries and problems.

  • Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems.

  • Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties

  • Prepares and sends specimens and test request to proper LabCorp or contracted reference laboratory for testing

  • Releases referral test results into the computer system according to established procedures

  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience

  • Previous experience in medical or lab setting preferred

  • Saturday 6:00AM - 2:30PM with rotating Sundays and Monday
