Employee is responsible for operating a cash register, provide general retail support and customer service and open and close the store.
Perform and supervise daily procedures
Provide customer service
Manage bank deposits and balance point of sale drawers and safe
Check and respond to email and phone messages
Assist with cleaning and organizing of merchandise
Handle phone and online web orders and ship orders to customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Open availability; flexible with scheduling needs; dependable and punctual
Observe peak blackout weeks prior to: Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, Mother's Day, Ether Day and during special events
High school diploma or GED
Three years of retail experience
Customer and team focused attitude
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Familiarity with point of sale systems
Able to stand for a full 8 hour shift and lift up to 10 pounds
Adaptable; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to speak, read and write English
