Description:

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of the day-to-day activities related to the operations of Customer Service. We are looking to fill this position in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.

  • Ensure service quality through call monitoring of their team and provide feedback.

  • Ensure adherence to established procedures, including log in/out time, unavailable time, and attendance.

  • Mentor and coach, their team of customer service representative daily.

  • Generate and analyze reports to assess team and individual performance and report to Customer Service Management.

  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Supervisors, Quality Assurance, Trainers and Customer Service Management to ensure service goals are being achieved.

  • Identify and implement improvements in workflow and procedures.

  • Conduct interviews and be part of the hiring decisions.

  • Be a visible and approachable resource for the customer service representatives.

Salary Range

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 USD

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3-4 days per week and also be available for travel as required.

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work Monday- Friday from 9am-5:30pm Pacific Time.

  • Proven experience in customer service.

  • Strong leadership and managerial skill to guide and motivate a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Effective problem-solving skills to address customer and team issues.

  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data driven decisions.

  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes and technology.

  • Effective time management and organization skills.
