A leader in Customer Experience Solutions, OptimumCX, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist- Work at Home.

Compensation: $12 an hour, depending on performance. Customer Service Specialist Overview:
This exciting work at home job is a direct hire opportunity with OptimumCX LLC. Please pay close attention to the technology and environment requirements for this position. The Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional customer service experience to individuals located primarily in North America.

The four core competencies of the position include:

Product Inquiries Provide expert-level knowledge of the products and services offered, and help customers navigate their choices.

Order/Subscription Questions Help customers choose the correct coupons, shipping cycles, and provide tracking information.

Customer Retention- Use your persuasion skills to win back customers!

Inbound Sales Potential customers will contact you for more information and you will point them in the right direction, offer complementary products, and process orders.

Youll actively listen to understand the customers reasons for contacting you and help or retain them through a variety of defined playbook strategies. Specialists will be participating in paid, virtual training from home. Your ability to assist people with your positive attitude, knowledge, and persuasion skills will keep customers happy!


  • Customer Service Specialist- Work at Home Primary Job Functions:
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from individuals who have indicated that they are looking for additional product information, have questions about an order, or are planning to terminate their subscription.
  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly targets
  • Probe for the reasons why the customer is contacting
  • Find the perfect solution for a problem
  • Execute best retention practices using your persuasion skills
  • Manage all interactions in Zendesk

    Requirements

    Customer Service Specialist- Work at Home Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a HS Diploma/GED
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Able type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Customer Service Experience
  • 1-2 years
    • Punctuality (Good Attendance)
    • Positive and Professional Demeanor
    • Persuasion Skills
    • Active Listening Skills
    • Customer Focused
    • Computer Skills
    • Detailed Oriented
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Solid experience in problem solving and resolution skills

    • Zendesk and/or CRM experience preferred
    • A quiet/isolated place to work that will eliminate distraction

    Physical Demands:


    Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, constantly operates a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed. Customer Service Specialist- Work at Home Desired Skills:Previous sales and/or retention experience in a call center
    Previous experience with health supplements a plus
