Customer Service Specialist

Location: Nashville, TN - HYBRID

Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for working with customers to address their concerns and offer satisfactory solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Retain business while providing additional services to customers.

• Answer, research, and address customer concerns.

• Ability to offer satisfactory solutions to customer concerns.

• Record customer interaction in business system.

• Maintain required average daily call volume.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Desire for customer satisfaction.

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking.

• Must be able to navigate within multiple systems.

• Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
